Why the oenologist recommends Michele Chiarlo Cuvèe Pietro Chiarlo Classic Method 30 Months
The Chiarli whites are refined in steel, with an exhausted temperature, in order to emphasize the freshness, the vibrant acidity, the floral and citrus notes, appetizing and fragrant of the original vines. All the great Cru wines rise at least for a year in the bottle, a long stay that is better on the market.
Characteristics of the wine Classic Method:
Almost perfect, structured, 30 months on the lees. Bright straw yellow, persistent bubbles, fine, quite numerous. On the nose quite intense, complex, fine, fragrant, long hints of bread crust, white peach, citrus fruits, good minerality. On the palate the dryness of the high langa is immediately evident; quite alcoholic, soft, fresh, sapid. Full-bodied, well balanced. Excellent hardness, intense, persistent, fine quality, balanced wine of excellent quality.
Recommended pairings:
Excellent Cuvèe Pietro Chiarlo Metodo Classico 30 Mesi Michele Chiarlo as an aperitif, easy to drink with appetizers and snacks; with risotto with porcini mushrooms; excellent with lean fish in foil, fried vegetable batter, dried fruit and fresh.
Uncork and serve Cuvèe Pietro Chiarlo Metodo Classico 30 Mesi Michele Chiarlo at a temperature of 10-12 ° C in Renano / Flùte glass
