A Contadi Castaldi in a "racing" version that descends very fast, like Dovizioso Ducati! Race Ducati Corse by Contadi Castaldi, with a soft foam and a fine and persistent perlage. Intense and complex bouquet with notes of citrus, almond, toasted hazelnut, marrow and green pepper. The mouth is eager to please with a good persistence mainly on toasted notes and hints of citrus. Long aftertaste with good balance.
