Characteristics of the Contadi Castaldi Pinònero Natura wine
Clear note of Pinonero on the nose. Some green strawberries, freshly baked bread, mushrooms, cellar, slightly reduced. Complex and intense style. Clearly without sweetness. A little bitterness in the aftertaste. With time, marzipan and pickled lemon arrive in the glass. Slightly tannic bite. Class!
Recommended pairings while tasting this Pinònero Franciacorta DOCG sparkling wine
Perfect with aperitifs such as prawn cocktail in pink sauce; shellfish; sea fish crudités; peppery mussels from Taranto; linguine and clams.
Serve the Spumante Franciacorta Blànc at a temperature of 6 - 8°C in a Flûte glass.
