Why the oenologist recommends Bellavista Curtefranca DOC Convento Santissima Annunciata 2020
Thick wine that is not afraid of the passing years. The passage in wood is appreciated. A Curtefranca of great class, which plays between 2 shores, the more acidic and the other more aromatic. The wood mitigates some thrusts, balancing the fruity component with a more markedly floral one. You can feel the Bellavista matrix that creates an interesting and intriguing white in this bottle, which is also aesthetically beautiful.
Characteristics of the Curtefranca Santissima Annunciata wine
Curtefranca DOC Convento Santissima Annunciata one of the best Chardonnay of Franciacorta, grapes from two parcels vinified separately with 12 months aging in small oak barrels and at least 24 months in bottle. Intriguing aromas of pineapple and apricot that prelude a truly satisfying sip that plays between mineral and acidity. Versatile wine paired with various meat and fish courses. To try with a few more years, I'm sure it would give emotions.
Recommended pairings while tasting this Curtefranca DOC wine from Bellavista
It goes well with the whole meal, with an octopus salad; potatoes and mushrooms; linguine with lobster; linguine and clams.
