Characteristics of the Uccellanda DOC white wine

Chardonnay the best and less varietal than the others. Straw yellow color with golden reflections. A rich and varied olfactory bouquet. Very delicate fragrances bring to mind cotton candy and white flowers; slight fruity notes and a pleasant subtle oxidation. Wide palate, quite warm, soft, full-bodied. The olfactory components are all found and also extend to toasted hazelnut, brioche bread, vanilla and white chocolate.
