White wine Chardonnay di Torgiano Umbria Doc slow dense arches on the nose intense immediate buttery "vanilla" notes which then fade. The very fragrant citrus note emerges in the middle of a super ripe pineapple. Sweet spiciness with a light touch of saffron and white pepper. Palate: soft, rounded, velvety taste. "Fat" mouth. Abundantly fresh with a clear alcoholic note. Balanced with fruit persistence.
