A blend with a Bordeaux blend using noble Fiano & Chardonnay wines. Rich and complex wine, produced in soils of volcanic origin, terroir that releases full aromas and powerful flavours. A characteristic of pleasantness of the Fiano grape which reserves in its wine characteristics in an easily recognizable typical aroma, toasted hazelnut.

Sommelier:

Made from Fiano and Chardonnay grapes, this wine has a straw yellow colour. Intense clean aroma of toasted hazelnuts with evident citrus hints and Mediterranean aromas of apple, linden, rose. In the mouth it is fresh with a well-balanced non-invasive acidity, with a considerable thickness of the persistent final body.

The Don Andrea Bianco Del Fondatore Fiano Chardonnay Santacosta is excellent as an aperitif, with shellfish, fish carpaccio, ideal with vegetarian dishes, imaginative salads that combine fruit and vegetables. Recommended on risotto with asparagus, tortelli with herbs or with flowers, risotto with four cheeses, pasta with fresh San Marzano tomatoes, fresh cheeses.
