Characteristics of the Fiano wine:

House of Baal Fiano di Salerno, Fiano Cilentano quite out of the ordinary, probably due to the long stay on the lees. On the nose, the fresh floral notes are dominated by sweet notes, apples, apricots and aromatic herbs. Rich and enough fat on entry, full. It suffers a bit in terms of depth and length, due to the low acidity, it remains balanced and consistent. Certified Organic Fiano.
