Fiano and Moscato, the blend offers the typical freshness of Mediterranean flavours. A fruity and persistent flavor but at the same time light and ready to drink. It lends itself well as an aperitif, but also alongside fresh cheeses and obviously fish-based dishes. It satisfies newbies and connoisseurs.
Characteristics of Fiano and Moscato wine:
Casa di Baal white wine Campania IGT organic and biodynamic wine, it reveals intense floral aromas of peach; very aromatic, i.e. apple, citrus. Very light and dissipating Granny Smith apple on the palate. An easy to drink, fresh blend that is appreciated without imposing itself.
