The Fiano grape preserves in its wine the characteristics of a typical varietal aroma that is easily recognizable and whose predominant odorous note that is associated with Fiano wine is toasted hazelnut.
Sommelier
Native grapes of Fiano a wine with a straw yellow color. Intense clean aroma of toasted hazelnut with evident citrus hints and Mediterranean aromas of apple, lime, rose, mint. In the mouth it is fresh, a well-balanced acidity that is not invasive, with a notable thickness of the persistent final body.
Recommended pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, with shellfish, fish carpaccio, ideal with vegetarian dishes, imaginative salads that combine fruit and vegetables. Recommended with asparagus risotto, herb or flower tortelli, four-cheese risotto, pasta with fresh San Marzano tomatoes, fresh cheeses.
