Soft wine, with tannins and freshness of the immediate, overall well balanced.
Combinations recommended: Aglianico Rosato IGT Beneventano Santacosta Dishes, in contrast to the marked tannins it offers courses of red meat marinades, roast pork, meat sauce mixed meat and game meat; spicy Cheese and/or cheese with herbs, parmesan cheese, Toma cheese, Caciocavallo and ricotta cheese.
