Why I suggest Barberosa Benevento Rosato IGP
Certainly an excellent result of a great winning vine in the area. The barbera is the clone that for centuries has yielded interests in the south of Italy alternating with other cultivars. The SimoneGiacomo winery was born with a building project of the Grottole, are characteristic underground cellars dug into the tuffaceous rock with an upper oculus for the exchange of air, lighting of the rooms and for the fall of the grapes pressed on the millstone.
The Sommelier: Good rosé from Campania. Color, practically rosé, crystalline with excellent medium intense transparency. As soon as it is poured into the glass, you can still perceive vinous notes, it turns on a good flower and a light fruity touch. Fine perfume despite the little complexity. Savory, fresh, not tannic, persistent.
Recommended pairings: Wine for a meal with red and white meats; first courses of fish; Romagna piadina with soft and semi-hard cheeses, bacon and savory croutons; well with the Neapolitan casatiello.
Uncork and serve at 10 - 12 ° C, in Renano / Chardonnay glass.
Cellar: The Bio conquers the spaces and minds of people. In the heart of the Sannio, at the foot of the Matese and Taburno Parks, in the territory of Castelvenere and Guardia Sanframondi, the Simone Giacomo winery is.
