Characteristics of Contadi Castaldi Brut Franciacorta DOCG wine
Intense and bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Medium-fine but very persistent perlage. Brut Franciacorta DOCG Contadi Castaldi the nose presents typical expressions of the classic methods of the area, with floral aromas of lime, orange blossom and candied citron, flanked by floral notes of apple and pear, up to dry pastry and notes of leavening. In the mouth it is fresh, tasty, satisfying, extremely drinkable, perhaps a bit too dosed but certainly a great basic product. Long persistence.

It goes well with everything, with an octopus salad; potatoes and mushrooms; linguine with lobster; linguine and clams; perfect on its own too.
