Why I suggest Cuvée Lucrezia White Franciacorta DOCG 2009
The Cuvée Franciacorta award-winning, the emblem of the excellence of Castello Bonomi, 5 bunches of grapes on the magazine Bibenda 2014, the Oscars of Wine 2014, and 3 Glasses on the Gambero Rosso Guide 2015.
The vineyard, with the precious rows of rare quality Pinot noir, the wine's purity, a Franciacorta exclusive.
Sommelier
Sparkling wine with a straw yellow colour with golden reflections, the mousse is evanescent, and fine perlage. Clear and of good body with 13,00% vol of alcohol.
On the nose a pleasant scent of citrus fruits, aromas of bread crust, hay and chamomile. The flavor is rich, complex, mineral, slightly citrusy, extraordinary the final.
Suggested pairings:
Cuvée Franciacorta DOCG 2009 Lucrezia Etichetta Bianca Castello Bonomi fish Dishes, pasta with seafood or oven-baked turbot, raw fish and shellfish, seafood risotto, sea bass baked in a salt or refined dishes with fish from the lake. With its elegant intensity, it also offers dishes from the taste more decided on the carpaccio of sea bream or with a shrimp risotto.
Serve Cuvée Franciacorta DOCG 2009 Lucrezia Etichetta Bianca at a temperature of 8-10°C in the chalice, the Flute.
