they are not a small thing and they all find themselves in the highest quality, very elegant, rich in aromas with an incredible drinkability that slips into the mouth greedily and invites you not to stop. Personally I love something with more body to be able to dine with but it is impossible not to love this.

Characteristics of the Blanc de Blancs Brut wine by Broglia

A classic of the maison. Well prepared and structured, very fine bubbles, aromas of flowers and white fruit, acacia, honey. Excellent acidity. Extremely clean.

Recommended pairings with the Brut Millesimato sparkling wine.

The good acidity allows you to pair it with shellfish or simply drink it as an aperitif. Perfect with homemade pasta: troccoli with cuttlefish.

Uncork and serve at a temperature of 10 - 12 °C in a Tulip glass.
