Why the oenologist recommends Endrizzi Piancastello Brut Riserva
Only the best quality Pinot Noir and Chardonnay contribute to the production of Trento DOC Piancastello Brut Riserva Spumante Classic method which is completed with refermentation in the bottle, method (Champenois). Leaving the wine to mature for 60 months on natural yeasts. Minimum "dosage", to maximize the natural characteristics of the production area, obtainable from particularly accurate craftsmanship.
Characteristics of the Trento DOC Brut Riserva
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections of excellent alcohol content 13.00% Vol .; fragrant grapes of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with a fine and elegant perlage. On the nose perfume of ripe fruit, yellow peach, notes of honey and bread crust; in the mouth the strong sapidity is perceived, resulting in freshness, a delicate, dry, cheerful wine with an intense, soft and silky flavor.

Excellent with aperitifs and appetizers of sea and land. Enjoyable throughout the meal.
