Why the oenologist recommends Endrizzi Classic Method
The vinification of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Endrizzi Brut grapes is completed with the refermentation in the bottle, traditional method (Champenois). Leaving the wine to mature for 24 months on natural yeasts, enriching its range of aromas. The "Dosage" for this sparkling wine is minimal, to maximize the natural organoleptic characteristics, deriving from the particularly careful craftsmanship.
Sensory Profile
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections of good alcohol content 12.50% Vol .; the fragrant grapes of Chardonnay and Pinot noir give an evanescent foam and fine and elegant perlage. The fragrant nose, hints of fresh fruit, yellow peach and in the mouth a strong flavor is perceived, resulting in freshness, delicately dry, cheerful and drinkable wine, intense, soft and silky flavor.

Excellent Sparkling Brut with appetizers and appetizers of sea and land, ham and melon. Enjoyable throughout the meal.
