Why I suggest Frescobaldi Brut Metodo Classico
The Brut Classic Method of the Frescobaldi Estate, a sparkling wine refermented in the bottle, produced from the vine variety of the Chardonnay, in the tenions of the classic Trento DOC. The relatively high alcohol level of wine 12.50% Vol, can often leave a feeling of slight sweetness. The quality of the wine is great and it is not only wine lovers who appreciate the great attractions, easy to grasp and hard to describe the golden Chardonnay. Identifying components that are also found in raspberries, vanilla, tropical fruits, peaches, tomatoes, tobacco, tea and rose petals.
The Sommelier: Produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, the golden yellow color of the grapes gives way to an unmistakable intense straw yellow, with subtle golden hues. The citrus notes of pineapple and lemon hit the nose with a long and slightly citrine finish. Amazing in the mouth, with a good body and a refreshing sour note, the palate perceives the silky and velvety softness given off by refinement.
Recommended pairings: Excellent with starters, the best on imaginative and colorful Happy houar, accompanies many pasta dishes, topped with delicate vegetables, spaghetti with many light-flavored fish specialties.
Uncork and serve at a temperature between 8 - 10 ° C in a Flute glass.
Winery: The Marchesi Frescobaldi winery can boast the uniqueness in Italy of representing the almost millennial history of the production of wines from large vineyards in Tuscany. The historicity of the Frescobaldi family, thirty generations are enough to give prestige to this name, which has become aristocratic over the centuries ... Go to the file
