Characteristics of the CruPerdu Great Vintage Castello Bonomi

CruPerdu Franciacorta Extr Brut Bonomi Sparkling, produced from selected grapes and careful winemaking, with a deep straw yellow color and abundant, evanescent foam with a fine perlage. Clear and full-bodied with 12.50% vol of alcohol. On the nose, a scent of tropical fruit and spices, and from a refined bouquet. The taste on the palate is savory, fresh and mineral, with great structure. The pronounced savoriness is typical of the territory.

Recommended pairings with Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut sparkling wine

Fish-based dishes, fish crudités and crustaceans, seafood risotto, sea bass baked in salt or refined lake fish recipes. With its elegant intensity, it also goes well with more assertive dishes, and it's extraordinary with medium-aged cheeses.
