Gran Cru Emilia IGP Sparkling Dry Sparkling Wine from Lambrusco, Barbera and Bonarda grapes with a brilliant ruby red color with purple reflections. Excellent roaring and evanescent foam, fine perlage. Wine of great personality, consistent, with alcohol content 12.00% vol. On the nose, herbaceous scent, on the palate a fresh, soft, persistent finish.
Recommended pairings with Lambrusco Emilia IGP red sparkling wine
Gran Cru Rosso Emilia Frizzante with Pham of Parma, pasta dishes, tortellini, ravioli, soup, stew, fish soup with tomato and black pepper, Parmesan reggiano, dried fruit.
Uncork and serve with no parsimony at a temperature of 8-10 °C in a goblet Flûte.
