Characteristics of Falanghina wine:

White wine Falanghina Le Fossette by Alberto Longo San Severo DOC. at Masseria Celentano a calcareous clay soil. Aging in steel for three months. The color is a straw-colored paper yellow with golden reflections, crystalline and luminous.
