Characteristics of the Rubigalia Gold Ca' De' Medici wine
Rubigalia Gold Malvasia Emilia Dolce Ca' De' Medici produced from aromatic Malvasia grapes, golden yellow colour. Natural fermentation in autoclave with selected yeasts, good perlage. Intense aroma of nectarines. Sweet, young in the mouth, with a slightly acidic aftertaste. Low alcohol content 6% vol, sweet with 90g/l sugars.
