Why the winemaker recommends Malvasia Emilia Dolce
The best Italian single-variety dry white wine based on Malvasia is produced in some areas of Emilia, slightly sparkling. An easy wine to enjoy, ready for any eventuality... don't forget to have a good supply in the cellar or in the fridge.
Sensory Profile and Organoleptic Analysis
Rubigalia Gold Malvasia produced from aromatic Malvasia grapes, golden yellow colour. Natural fermentation in autoclave with selected yeasts, good perlage. Intense aroma of nectarines. Sweet, young in the mouth, with a slightly acidic aftertaste. Low alcohol content 6% vol, sweet with 90g/l sugars.
Serving Guidelines and Food Pairings
Sweets, cantucci biscuits, fruit and dried fruit
Uncork and serve at a temperature between 6 - 8°C in a small Tulipano glass.
