Why the winemaker recommends Malvasia Colli Piacentini DOC
The Malvasia bianca a delicate, slightly sweet aromatic wine with a strong and clean character. It stands out for its fluid viscosity, with an intense aromatic scent. Its splendor lies in its greenish yellow colour, which reveals a marked acidity and a freshness that comes to life. In short, the Malvasia wine you expected, suitable for making a lunch or dinner pleasant.
Characteristics of the Malvasia wine
White wine produced from Malvasia di Candia grapes whose aromaticity gives a recognizable identity. Young, fresh wine, with a pleasant aromatic scent and low alcohol content of just 10.50% Vol. Moderately acidic in the mouth, freshness is evident, and the finish is reminiscent of yellow-fleshed fruit.
Serving Guidelines and Food Pairings
Malvasia wine, excellent with appetizers and raw fish. Nothing to complain about white meats and soft cheeses.
