A journey through wine-producing Italy to discover bottles that are a little less known than the "usual" product, with this DOC based on Malvasia produced in the Monferrato area or Vignale Monferrato. In this area of Piedmont one encounters one of the many native vines of the region, the Malvasia di Casorzo which gives life to sweet and slightly lively wines.
Characteristics of the Brigantino sweet wine from Accornero
Sweet Brigantino Malvasia closer to a mead than a passito wine! A truly interesting wine, the aromaticity of Malvasia is perceived from a nose of roses and wild strawberries, conveyed by a healthy effervescence. In the mouth it is sweet, with a pleasant tannic veil and a very particular aftertaste, very typical of the aromatic vine.
