Characteristics of Passito Tranaltri wine from Zymè
From thecolor pale yellow with greenish reflections, more towards the gold with aging. To the nose, the extraordinary sensation of white flowers, notes of acacia honey, dried fruit, flint, stone. The flavour is sweet and savoury at the same time with an expression of herbs, white fruit and honey, lingering with minerality that balances the complex and all the elements.
