Characteristics of Malvasia wine:
Malvasia Secca Colli Scandiano e Canossa DOP Rubigalia Ca' De' Medici produced from Malvasia aromatica di Candia grapes, golden yellow in colour. Natural fermentation with Charmat method in autoclave with selected yeasts, good perlage. Perfume of almond blossom, intense the smell of nectarines. Fresh, young in the mouth with a long aftertaste. Moderate alcohol content 10% vol.
