Characteristics of the wine
Barbian Sauvignon wine obtained from grapes Sauvignon Blanc, pale yellow in color. Taste balanced, elegant, pleasantly savoury and soft.
Enjoy the scent of the vegetation of the field of tomato, sage and citrus. Moderately persistent to the end, good in alcohol, 12% vol.
Recommended Pairings and Serving Guidelines
Perfect for appetizers with cold cuts, autochthonous, Parma ham, coppa di testa. Excellent with boiled meat, ravioli, tortellini, cheese, raw salads: fennel, carrots, green tomatoes.
