A tinted and creamy nose displays aromas of gooseberry, green melon and a hint of pineapple against a background of slightly herbaceous notes, lemon balm and sage. On the palate they reflect lots of juicy citrus, with a noticeable mineral character and a nice bitter yellow grapefruit on the finish.
