Characteristics of the Sauvignon wine:
The Sauvignon Friuli DOC Colli Orientali on the nose a scent of tomato leaf, pepper, mint, white peach, papaya. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, consistent with its 13.50% vol. In the mouth, a decisive, slightly aromatic flavour, excellent freshness with a mineral character, with good acidity and persistence.
Recommended pairings with Sauvignon wine:
Sauvignon Friuli DOC 2023 Vigna Traverso with shellfish, raw and non-raw fish; with seasoned raw ham and alpine cheeses; Vegetarian dishes such as fennel, tomato or pepper salads with imaginative fruit salads. Indicated on risotto with asparagus, artichokes.
