Antica Novella Sauvignon Langhe DOC 2022 Silvano Bolmida is a Piedmont white wine produced in the Langhe hills. Precious quality of Sauvignon grapes are harvested by hand in the vineyards of Monforte d'Alba. The wine is vinified with traditional methods to preserve the unique characteristics of the territory. Fermented in steel, the wine ages for 4 months in oak barrels before being bottled.
