The winemaker recommends ATTEMS Sauvignon Cicinis Friuli DOC 2022

The Sauvignon Cicinis DOC Friuli wine is produced by ATTEMS - FRESCOBALDI, in the terraced area in the Collio Goriziano, at the foot of Monte Calvario (Podgora). Land mainly made up of sandstones of Eocene origin. Guyot-trained vineyard with low production per hectare, about 60 quintals, to guarantee the highest quality. Manual harvest performed in the last week of August. Wine fermented in concrete tanks, where the container's natural temperature of 18°C meets the requirements of eco-sustainability. Favoring the overall development of the bouquet of vegetable and fruity aromas present in the grapes. The aging in barriques and concrete tanks gives the wine the right personality and character.
