Why I suggest La Court Barbera d’Asti Nizza Riserva DOCG 2020
Great elegance in the glass, it must be left to breathe and sincerely for a year 2000 not too much, it can be immediately pleasant and exciting, the nose progressively evolves into a fine aromatic bouquet that varies continuously, to the pleasant, harmonious taste, on the bottle there is written to drink within 8-10 years but after 16 years it shines with vivid freshness and gives an exceptional harmony to try without hesitation .... Wonderful Drink !!!
Sommelier:
Garnet-colored, very intense and fine aromas of ripe red fruit, vanilla, licorice, tobacco and an almost chin side balsamic. Warm and velvety in the mouth, with good freshness, smooth tannins and good flavor. Consistent both visually and in terms of olfactory taste, a great Barbera.
Recommended pairings:
Excellent La Court Barbera d’Asti Nizza Riserva DOCG 2020 Michele Chiarlo with traditional Piedmontese dishes. Game; Donkey stew; vegetable first courses with lamb; cabbage stew and pork foot; Chops better if with spicy; well with the Neapolitan casatiello.
Uncork La Court Barbera d’Asti Nizza Riserva DOCG 2020 Michele Chiarlo and decant one hour before serving at a temperature of 16 - 18 ° C, in a large Ballon glass.
