Why I suggest Barbera d’Asti Superiore Ad Libitum 2021
Barbera is a great grape variety and, if treated correctly, produces excellent wines. Carlin de Paolo focuses on low yields, and the wine is aged for over a year in small wooden barrels to give it more structure and maturity. Pleasant and delicious, easy to drink, great aromas, balanced. It is a very feminine wine. It has a delicate touch and is a gentle and elegant wine that will take care of you gently.
Characteristics of the wine:
The Barbera d'Asti is really beautiful, where 15-18 months in cask have made good wine with wine. Scent of bread, candied fruit, violets and ink splashes. More acid medium fineness of the more benevolent variety, fresh and dark fruit and silky tannins are followed by a slightly more vegetal and tasty finish
Recommended pairings:
