These are the years of Tignanello and the Marchesi Antinori, becoming the benchmark for quality in the sector. The quality wine of which Giancarlo Notari is part of the great transformation and which affects the production and consumption of wine in Italy. Also the son of Giancarlo, Saverio Notari, directs his studies towards wine production, and finishes his studies in viticulture and enology in 1988. Inspired by quality, freshness and packaging, to the most prestigious French bubbles, the first project was the creation of a Prosecco di Valdobbiadene of new conception, the Col de 'Salici. The estate located in Castello Roganzuolo (TV) was founded in 1997 and was the materialization of the vision of Giancarlo Notari, who glimpsed in one of the symbols in the world of Italian life style that was lacking in the market at the time. A company focused exclusively on quality: Prosecco. A refined packaging that refers to the precious bottles used for the best champagne and to a production philosophy that requires vinification only from the best Glera grapes selected in the best production areas in the DOC and DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene. Today, the Prosecco di Col de 'Salici produces wines in the vintage sparkling version: Cartizze, Brut and Extra dry, always at its full potential for effervescence, freshness and aromas. Alongside the line are two prosecco DOC, of ​​easier drink and a Rosé, obtained from Glera and Raboso del Piave grapes.
