Phoenix Vini

History, territory, winemaking tradition would be enough to give continuity to the work that belonged to the great Apulian oenologist Cosimo Spina. The legacy that allows us to innovate, guided by will and give a new course to enology in Southern Italy. Phoenix Vini was born in 2021 with the mission of celebrating the quality of Italian wine all over the world.

By making grapes produced in Manduria using the authenticity of the original vines of Puglia (Primitivo, Negroamaro and Black Malvasia). From our Apulian roots on tables all over the world, our wine is made with care and love in the spirit of sharing and rebirth. Phoenix Vini combines tradition and innovation to realize Cosimo Spina's dream of sharing his extraordinary sensitivity for wine. His generosity and our bond are the backbones of this project, and our goal is to bring our wines to as many homes as possible.
