Vie d’Alt

We are over a century of production for Vie d'Alt. 18 hectares of vineyards in Prepotto in the DOC area of Friuli Colli Orientali. In the fourth generation in the company of Bruno Venica, owner, with his wife Paola and three daughters Giulia, Mara and Nadia, winemaker. Spent a hundred years of work in the fields and wine with Antonio Venica, ancestor and founder of the farm, currently with Bruno. A very different wine from today that preserves the backbone of the Friuli wine tradition. Borderland and the Schioppettino di Prepotto area, authentic and unique by nature. In Nadia's wine project there is respect for: the land and its terraces; the characteristics of the vineyards, even very old ones. Many varieties accompany the sober and elegant labels, among the whites: Friulano, Pinot Grigio, aromatic Traminer, Ribolla Gialla, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Verduzzo and Picolit. The reds: Schioppettino di Prepotto, Pignolo, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Refosco dal Peduncolo.
