Why I recommend Lambrusco Rosato DOC Extra Dry
Lambrusco di Sorbara and Grasparossa di Modena, a blend with excellent structure and aroma, lends itself well to being vinified at low temperatures and obtaining Extra Dry sparkling rosé wine, considerably limiting tannins. The polyphenols contained in quantity in the skins provide the wine with the color from the start, the perfumes accentuated on the nose, good health for us lovers of good drinking.
Sommelier:
Excellent selection for bunches, the Lambrusco grapes have a light red sparkling wine and reflections tending to purple. Lively on opening, bubbly and sparkling in the glass. Very fruity spatial aroma, hints of violets and blueberries, dry, dry and pleasantly drinkable flavor, medium-bodied, excellent alcohol content 11.00% vol.
