Why I suggest Pignoletto Doc Spumante Brut
Grechetto Gentile or Pignoletto di Modena rich in scents that intoxicate the sense of smell and make you enjoy up to the last glass. Partial vinification in steel, the process continues with the ancestral method, a subsequent refermentation in the bottle without disgorgement preserves the natural indigenous yeasts of the grape in the bottom. This is why Pignoletto bottles take on their own sparkling and constantly evolving taste, making each bottle unique.
Characteristics of the wine:
Grechetto Gentile from Bologna, a perfect grape for a harmonious and elegant wine. Sparkling fresh and sparkling with a greenish yellow color. Aromas of citrus fruits, characterized by the appearance of tropical fruit. Also the fermentation with ancestral method contributes to the aftertaste with hints of bread crust. Dry taste, not very sweet, dry. The smell becomes inviting and makes it pleasantly drinkable, with an average alcohol content of 11.50% vol.
Recommended pairings:
