The Righi Vitivinicolo project is the synthesis of a particular attention for all aspects of the production process. In fact, starting from the territory, Gaetano Righi selects the raw material in the Lambrusco vineyards, mainly in Sorbara, Salamino and Grasparossa. The Righi Wine Company has implemented a computerized system that guarantees the quality and traceability of each bottle of Lambrusco with the technologies, which contribute and constitute the curriculum vitae of the wine. Since 2014 for the Pignoletto wine while the DOC area has been recognized, it becomes an ideal base grape for sparkling and sparkling wines. Thanks also to the particular tannic nature, it gives the wines fullness in taste.
