Why the winemaker recommends Dario Di Vaira Le Pinete Bolgheri DOC Vermentino
An Italian like no other. Unusually fresh and airy for an Italian white wine. It all seems simple, with a scented trail so subtle that it is difficult to recognize it, an aftertaste so light and refined that all that remains is to say bravo Dario Di Vaira.
Characteristics of the wine Le Pinete by Dario Di Vaira
The Eucalyptus estate is now called Dario di Vaira, after the name of the owner and author of the wines. This white contains 90% Vermentino and 10% Viognier. Aged 4 months. on the sediment in steel. At the beginning there is a lot of alcohol in the aroma, which overwhelms the citrus, the duchess, the fruit peel and the bitterness of the pepper. After breathing for an hour, the alcohol disappears. Oily body. The taste is soft, pleasant, slightly sweet, mineral and dry.
