This Vermentino wine deserves it's intriguing. You drink it and realize it's a superb aromatic white at a great price.
Characteristics of the Vermentino Tenuta Aquilaia wine
Vermentino wine to the eye is golden yellow with a very bright straw rim. The nose gives us very pleasant aromas. It manifests floral notes of roses, honey and acacias; passing through fruity aromas such as pineapple, peach, grapefruit, mandarin and orange melon. The palate is initially fruity, medium/high body, high acidity, quite fresh. Good permanence finish with an aftertaste of apricot and honey.
Recommended pairings with Maremma Toscana DOC white wine
Paired with caprese mozzarella salad, trofie with pesto, spaghetti with clams.
