Characteristics of the Vermentino wine Cavagino di Lunae
Super Vermentino Cavagino, one of the Crus of the Lunae winery. Pure Vermentino, fermented in steel, immediately afterwards in barrique and again in steel for refinement for 6 months. At sight, straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose peach, apricot, pineapple, candied orange, Mediterranean scrub herbs, chamomile, hints of honey and mineral notes. In the mouth, fresh, savory, warm (14% vol), soft, balanced and with a long finish and a fruity and mineral return.
