Why I suggest Cerviolo Rosso Toscana
Excellent company San Fabiano, offers jewels on the upper lines but which is very valid on its flagship product. This Chianti Classico is a typical representation of the Chianti area.
The Sommelier: Excellent supertuscan from cabernet sauvignon, merlot and sangiovese in about equal parts. Perfectly preserved, it offers a bright ruby color tending to garnet on the nail with intense, fine and very persistent aromas ranging from tones of violet and red fruit to spices, cocoa and tobacco. In the mouth it enters powerful and with a great enveloping structure but not very soft as the tannins still denote a little roughness. Wine with a longer length suitable for a few years of aging, it offers a very high pleasantness.
Recommended pairings: Tagliata di Chianina, side dish of Treviso radicchio and grilled polenta; Lamb chops in the oven; fresh pasta and legumes; eggplant caponata; Hams and cheeses, including savory ones; dried fruit.
Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature of 18 ° C in a large Ballon glass.
Wine cellar: San Fabiano Calcinaia winery is located in the temple of Tuscan enology. The DOC par excellence of Chianti Classico. ...
