Château-Fuissé

The Château-Fuissé is located in the heart of the Mâconnais vineyards in the south of Burgundy. The Vincent family, owner since 1862, produces wines of exceptional quality, improving the privileged situation of its 40-hectare estate. The vinification of Antoine Vincent, in the fifth generation, is an intelligent mix between modernity and tradition. Through a reasoned cultivation, particular attention is given to plants and soils that favor the concentration and maturation of the grapes, which are harvested by hand. The pressing of the whole grapes is followed by vinification in barrels or vats, adapted to each origin. The philosophy is based on the notion of terroir and on the optimization of its quality. Respecting the identity of each land seeking a balance between wealth, natural maturity and minerality. The wines thus express the typicality, originality and all the greatness of the Grands Vins Blanc de Bourgogne.
