Why the winemaker recommends Modì
Because it captures the authentic soul of the San Pietro di Feletto territory, where Sorelle Bronca cultivates its Glera grapes on hillside vineyards—situated between 150 and 250 meters above sea level—with an average slope of 60%. This steep terrain necessitates exclusively manual vineyard work and hand-harvesting into crates. Winemaking involves the sequential pressing of whole grapes, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and a minimum of four months of lees aging before the secondary fermentation (sparkling process) using the classic Martinotti Method.
Characteristics of Prosecco Treviso DOC Brut
It presents a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights, featuring a persistent foam and a fine, lively perlage. The nose is pleasantly fruity and delicate, offering a profile that is both fresh and harmonious. On the palate, it is dry yet slightly off-dry, with a pleasant acidity that provides the balance and freshness typical of the Glera grape variety. Discover other Prosecco wines in our selection.
