Why I suggest Porpora Red
A wine with a smooth character by the overall balance is remarkable, remarkable in the extract of the fruit that makes the taste rich and tasty.
The Sommelier: Wine produced from grapes of Montepulciano and Merlot, from thebrilliant ruby red color with garnet edge, consistent with his 14,50 %vol. On the nose, rich fruit, a range of aromatic blueberries, moss, truffle, cherry, sour cherry, cooked plum, herbaceous fragrances. On the palate, robust wine of great body, with a good dose of tannins, not scratchy, persistent finish,with a savory aftertaste of red fruit sovramatura that envelops the palate during the tasting.
Food pairings:Excellent with the truffle, to food, oily and rich with flavours such as risotto alla milanese, pisarei e fasò, meat rolls and meat pies. Troccoli, and orecchiette with lamb sauce, Tortellini with meat sauce, great for marinating meat, Rabbit alla cacciatora, pork Loin.Duck on the spit;
Decant before serving at a temperature of 16-18°C in the chalice, the Grand Ballon.
The cellar: In the sweet landscape of the hills of Tolentino, in a park of vines, 70 hectares of vineyards, situated at 150 metres above sea level... Go to the card
