Why I suggest Morro Lacrima di Morro d'Alba DOC
A wine with a smooth character and balance fine.
The Sommelier: Wine produced from grapes Tear 100%, from bright ruby red colour, alcohol content 12,00 %vol. The intensity of the nose is the feature that distinguishes this wine, persistent, and decided in the scents of forest fruits: red currants, raspberry, blackberry and blueberry. On the palate, powerful wine with good body, good tannins, not scratchy, persistent to the end.
Food pairings: Excellent with the truffle, to food, oily and rich with flavours such as risotto alla milanese, pisarei e fasò, meat rolls and meat pies.
