The Sommelier: The Pink “Madame” is produced from Montepulciano grapes, the color is light pink. Features of the rose “Madame” conferred by area of origin, the soil is clayey-calcareous soil gives the wine a balanced acidity and a strong flavor. Pleasantly fruity, with evident hints of cherry, on the palate it is fresh and persistent.
Food pairings: fish Soup, we recommend the monkfish with baked potato, steamed Salmon, Cod in "crazy water", a great aperitif with appetizers of cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
Serve at a temperature of 9 -10°C.
