This aromatic herbal bitters is created from the alcoholic maceration of quinina, gentian, licorice, and other select botanicals, enriched with Mediterranean citrus peels.
The result is a liqueur with a intense dark brown color, characterized by a perfect balance between balsamic and herbaceous notes and fresh, fragrant citrus aromas.
On the palate, it is rounded, elegant, and never aggressive: the initial vegetal notes are progressively toned down by citrus nuances, creating a harmonious balance between structure and pleasantness.
Thanks to its complex yet balanced aromatic profile, it is particularly suitable as a digestive bitter after a meal, to be enjoyed neat or with a lemon peel to enhance its citrus component.
Notes of Tasting Notes
