Custoza DOC 2024 by Tommasi straw shades, balanced with a light taste. Slightly dense, barely perceptible sweetness. Hints of white apple, yellow pear pulp. Barely perceptible fruit acidity, slight astringency. Oily notes of dry melliferous herbs, mineral notes (chalk, face powder). Very slight floral nuances, barely perceptible tones of vanilla; good persistence.
